Delivery & Shipping Policy

At OTTU Clothing, we work hard to make sure your order reaches you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Our aim is to provide a smooth delivery experience from the moment you place your order until your OTTU items arrive at your doorstep.

Delivery Timeline

We use Rocket Courier Service to deliver orders all over Pakistan.
Estimated delivery times based on your region:

  • Karachi & Hyderabad: 3 - 4 business days

  • Interior Sindh: 5 – 6 business days

  • Punjab (Major Cities): 5 – 6 business days

  • Interior Punjab: 5 – 6 business days

  • KPK & Gilgit: 5 – 7 business days

Although we try our best to deliver within these timelines, delays may happen due to reasons like bad weather, courier issues, or public holidays. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 2–3 weeks.

Order Tracking

After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
You can use this number to check the status of your shipment directly on the Rocket tracking portal.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders above PKR 10,000, we require a partial or full advance payment before dispatch.

Address Accuracy & Re-Delivery

Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct when placing your order.
If the courier cannot deliver because of incorrect information or if the customer is unavailable, another delivery attempt will be made.
The customer will need to pay the courier charges for the second dispatch.
