What materials do you use for your clothing?

• Sweatshirts & Hoodies: 320 GSM, 80% cotton / 20% polyester fleece

How are OTTU products priced?

Our prices start at PKR 2,299 for basic hoodies and go up to PKR 3,499 for exclusive hoodies and sweat shirts 
Customized prints may have additional charges.

Customization

How can I request a custom design?

You can share your ideas on WhatsApp at 0331 2285734 along with the product you want to customize.
You can also send your graphics, photos, or artwork through Instagram, Facebook, or email.

What customization services do you offer?

We offer 3D digital direct-to-fabric printing, allowing you to print any artwork, illustrations, or graphics on t-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, and more.

Ordering & Delivery

How long does delivery take in Pakistan?

• Custom printed hoodies: 5–6 working days (via Rocket Courier)

• Ready-made items: 4–5 working days nationwide (via Rocket Courier)

Can I track my order?

Yes! We share order updates and Rocket Courier tracking links through SMS, WhatsApp, and email.
Just enter your tracking ID on the link provided.

Payments

What payment options do you provide?

We accept:

• Cash on Delivery

• Bank Transfer

• EasyPaisa

• JazzCash

For custom orders, an advance payment of PKR 1000 is required through EasyPaisa/JazzCash or bank transfer.

Returns / Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days, but only for manufacturing defects.
Please note: Custom printed items can only be exchanged if there is a major quality issue upon delivery.
