At OTTU Clothing, we want you to love everything you wear. If your order doesn’t fit well or arrives with any issue, we’re here to assist you. Please read our updated and easy-to-understand policy below.
Exchange / Return Policy
Size Issue
If you face any size problem (for example, the item is too tight or too loose), you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged / Wrong Item
If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please share a clear photo within a few hours of receiving it, showing the issue.
We will verify the problem and arrange a quick replacement or exchange.
Eligibility (What can be exchanged or returned?)
Your item will be eligible for exchange/return only if:

The item is unused, not worn or washed.

Original packaging, tags and labels are attached.

No fragrance (perfume, mist, ittar) has been applied to the garment.

The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

You have a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

You provide a clear photo of the item showing its condition.
Reasons Accepted for Exchange/Return
You may request an exchange or return for the following reasons:

Wrong item or wrong size delivered

Manufacturing defects (e.g., torn fabric, stitching issues, printing error)

Size doesn't fit properly
Items Not Eligible
The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

Customized or altered items

Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Items with any applied fragrance (perfume, mist, ittar)
Exchange / Return Process
1. Request Submission
Send us your order details and item photos on WhatsApp: +92 310 3000547.
2. Approval
Once your request is approved, we will share the return address where you can send the parcel through any courier service (TCS, Leopards, PostEx, or Pakistan Post).
3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the courier charges when sending items back.

If the mistake is from our side (wrong item, defect, damage), OTTU Clothing will cover the delivery charges.
4. Inspection & Processing
After receiving your parcel, our Quality Control team will inspect the item.
If it meets our criteria, your exchange or refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund Policy
If your refund request is approved, the amount will be sent through:

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.
Your bank or payment provider may take extra time to display the amount.
